Let’s Talk Loyalty today announced a partnership with renowned South Africa-based loyalty expert Amanda Cromhout, who will take on the role as guest host for the industry-leading podcast. Amanda will host a monthly episode for “Let’s Talk Loyalty” from the 7th of September 2022, interviewing loyalty leaders from global brands that she admires.
“Let’s Talk Loyalty” was the first independent podcast in the industry and is now three years old. Its goal is to provide a source of education and inspiration to loyalty industry professionals who love to learn from other practitioners in this increasingly important discipline. The show is also a successful media business, dedicated to serving the needs of loyalty industry partners. After three years of hosting the podcast alone, founder Paula Thomas is taking the opportunity to expand the variety and style of the show by inviting other global thought leaders to contribute to its extensive content schedule.
Amanda Cromhout is the first “guest host” to be invited to partner with the “Let’s Talk Loyalty” team, based on her extensive experience in the field of loyalty, in particular at the forefront of the loyalty industry in South Africa. She is frequently invited to speak professionally as a thought-leader and is joining “Let’s Talk Loyalty” to share her insights and wisdom with a global audience.
Speaking on behalf of “Let’s Talk Loyalty”, founder Paula Thomas commented “Amanda is an incredibly impressive loyalty professional who realizes the power of podcasting to help grow the loyalty industry and share our global insights with each other. With such a loyal audience listening to our three weekly episodes, “Let’s Talk Loyalty” is thrilled to have Amanda partnering with us to share her expert insights as a guest host. We are excited to partner with Amanda to help grow her global brand and our audience and further inspire our audience.”
Amanda Cromhout commented “As an avid follower of Paula’s podcasts, I gain such incredible insights from the “Let’s Talk Loyalty” series, so it’s a great fit for Paula and myself to partner in this way. I love engaging with loyalty experts, as we have so much to learn from each other.
