The Extraordinary General Meeting of\u00a0Comarch S.A. was held on\u00a03\u00a0January 2024. During the meeting, resolutions were passed on\u00a0the election of\u00a0members of\u00a0the Company\u2019s Management Board and Supervisory Board.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Anna Pruska, PhD, was appointed to\u00a0the Management Board as\u00a0President of\u00a0the Management Board and Marcin Warwas and Marcin Kaleta as\u00a0Vice Presidents of\u00a0the Management Board. Professor Maria Jolanta Flis was appointed as\u00a0member of\u00a0the Supervisory Board of\u00a0Comarch S.A.<\/p>\n “I believe that this will be\u00a0a\u00a0strong year for Comarch”, states Anna Pruska, PhD, the President of\u00a0the Management Board. “We aim to\u00a0sustain our dynamic growth and boost sales on\u00a0foreign markets without letting go\u00a0of\u00a0the challenges of\u00a0the Polish market.<\/p>\n We want to\u00a0pursue our golas and strengthen the brand of\u00a0a\u00a0significant Polish IT\u00a0company on\u00a0the global stage. Our Focus is\u00a0to\u00a0create even more innovative products, which will be\u00a0possible by\u00a0investing in\u00a0cutting-edge IT\u00a0technologies and cultivating a\u00a0progressively robust team of\u00a0specialists in\u00a0these domains.”<\/p>\n Marcin Warwas, who is\u00a0responsible at\u00a0Comarch for, among other things, the production, sales and implementation of\u00a0loyalty systems, electronic document workflow systems and infrastructure services, emphasised that: \u201cFor nearly three decades, Comarch has maintained a\u00a0steadfast commitment to\u00a0investing in\u00a0its products and services, subsequently distributing and implementing them on\u00a0a\u00a0global scale. This requires the use of\u00a0ever-evolving cutting-edge IT\u00a0technologies, ongoing investments in\u00a0human resources, and the continual reinforcement of\u00a0global business structures. This growth strategy hinges on\u00a0the accumulation and consistent application of\u00a0knowledge, aligning with customer needs. Such an\u00a0approach enables effective adaptation to\u00a0the latest market trends, including digitalisation, personalisation, AI, cloud computing and cost optimisation\u201d, he\u00a0added.<\/p>\n Profiles of\u00a0the newly appointed members of\u00a0the Comarch Management Board:<\/strong><\/p>\n Dr Anna Pruska <\/strong>– doctor of\u00a0humanities in\u00a0the field of\u00a0International Relations (Jagiellonian University, Krak\u00f3w). Anna Pruska completed her Master’s studies in\u00a0Finance and Banking at\u00a0the Warsaw School of\u00a0Economics, She pursued her graduate studies in\u00a0Macroeconomics at\u00a0the Johannes Gutenberg University in\u00a0Mainz and obtained a\u00a0diploma in\u00a0Economics from the Graduate Institute of\u00a0International Studies (IUHEI) in\u00a0Geneva, Switzerland. In\u00a02004, she started working for Comarch. She was responsible for the development of\u00a0Comarch business and the creation and management of\u00a0corporate structures in\u00a0Western Europe (creating Comach subsidiaries in\u00a0Germany, France, and Belgium). She was actively responsible for acquiring new clients in\u00a0the Telecommunications, ERP, Services, as\u00a0well as\u00a0Finance and Insurance sectors. From 2013, she has served as\u00a0the CEO of\u00a0Comarch Swiss AG\u00a0and was responsible for the Swiss market. Since 2013, Anna Pruska has been a\u00a0member of\u00a0the supervisory board of\u00a0Comarch SA.On October 2, 2023\u00a0she was temporarily delegated by\u00a0the Supervisory Board to\u00a0act as\u00a0President of\u00a0the Management Board of\u00a0Comarch SA. On\u00a03\u00a0January 2024, she was elected President of\u00a0the Management Board of\u00a0Comarch S.A.<\/p>\n Marcin Warwas<\/strong> is\u00a0a\u00a0graduate in\u00a0Telecommunications at\u00a0the AGH University of\u00a0Science and Technology in\u00a0Krak\u00f3w. In\u00a01996, he\u00a0joined Comarch S.A., taking up\u00a0the position of\u00a0Board Member of\u00a0Comarch Systemy Sieciowe. Between 1997\u00a0and 1998, he\u00a0was director of\u00a0the Warsaw branch of\u00a0Comarch S.A. From 1998, he\u00a0worked as\u00a0Sales Director and, from 2007, as\u00a0Director of\u00a0the Services sector and Vice President of\u00a0the Management Board of\u00a0Comarch S.A. From 2007\u00a0to\u00a02023, Marcin Warwas served as\u00a0a\u00a0member of\u00a0the Management Board of\u00a0Comarch S.A. and a\u00a0member of\u00a0the management and supervisory boards of\u00a0Comarch Group companies.<\/p>\n
