Paula:  Hello, and welcome to Let’s Talk Loyalty and Loyalty TV, a show for loyalty marketing professionals.

Paula:  I’m Paula Thomas, the founder and CEO of Let’s Talk Loyalty and Loyalty TV, where we feature insightful conversations with loyalty professionals from the world’s leading brands.

Paula:  If you work in loyalty marketing, join us every week to hear the latest ideas and insights for loyalty marketing specialists around the world.

Paula:  I’m delighted to announce Capillary Technologies as the new title sponsor for Loyalty TV.

Paula:  Capillary’s mission is to bring the loyalty market out of the 1980s and into the present, ditching the slow, chunky manual services of the past.

Paula:  Capillary is all about making loyalty management easy, with scalable AI-powered tech that turns loyalty managers into superheroes.

Paula:  Say goodbye to outdated methods and check out the exciting new way to achieve loyalty excellence in 2024.

Paula:  Hello and welcome to Let’s Talk Loyalty and Loyalty TV, our very first episode of 2025.

Paula:  So I’m hugely excited to be here with my colleague, Pooja Venugopal, as we did exactly the beginning of 2024, to look back on what we’ve, I suppose, achieved in the year behind, the year gone by, and talk about some big announcements for the year ahead.

Paula:  So first of all, Pooja, welcome back on to Loyalty TV.

Pooja:  Hi Paula, it’s so nice to be here, and it’s so nice to be reflecting back along with you about 2024, and then just charting ourselves to new horizons.

Paula:  Amazing, absolutely.

Paula:  And as I think about that, last year, we only did audio, so it’s your first time on screen.

Paula:  So if anybody is watching us on Loyalty TV or on YouTube, of course, you’ll get to see Pooja and me in all our technical glory.

Paula:  So very exciting times for us today.

Paula:  We’re actually recording a little ahead of schedule, of course, given the Christmas season.

Paula:  So it’s late November, but we have so much going on.

Paula:  And I really am thrilled with some of the, I suppose, decisions that we’ve made.

Paula:  So let’s get straight into it.

Paula:  I think our regular listeners are very aware that we always have one opening question that we ask every guest.

Paula:  But actually, for only the second time ever, we’re changing that question.

Paula:  So as you can imagine, given that we’ve had now, I think it’s 630 episodes in total over the last five years.

Paula:  We’ve been asking a lot of the same questions, and I felt it was time to shake things up.

Paula:  So that’s our first big change of 2025.

Paula:  And I wanted to do something that was a little bit broader, I suppose, than what we’ve done in the past.

Paula:  So not just as narrowly focused on loyalty specifically.

Paula:  So we’re going to be talking about books in our opening questions with all of our hosts, of course, throughout the year.

Paula:  So Pooja, I’m going to kick it off and ask you, as a business professional, not just a loyalty professional, what would you say is the best book that you’ve ever read that you’d love our audience to read?

Pooja:  So it’s always difficult to pick a favorite, and I’m more of a fiction reader, so my nonfiction has been slowly catching up now.

Pooja:  But there’s always been this one book that I had always liked.

Pooja:  This was actually recommended by my professor back when I was in college.

Pooja:  So it is called Predictably Irrational by Dan Areli.

Pooja:  And it talks about behavioral economics.

Pooja:  So it’s again a subject which I really like, and I’m quite passionate about.

Pooja:  So in that book, he sort of delves into the biases in the industry or the sort of how irrational behavior sort of shapes consumer choices.

Pooja:  And I’ve always liked that sort of subject.

Pooja:  And it’s interestingly also led me to the world of marketing and loyalty marketing.

Pooja:  And so I really think it’s a great book for any marketer or any aspiring marketer to just start off with, you know, reading it, because it really talks about how it shapes consumer choices and what’s the right way to sort of even nudge a consumer.

Pooja:  So I think it’s a great book.

Pooja:  What’s yours, Paula?

Paula:  Well, first of all, great answer, Pooja.

Paula:  I really think, yes, we all love to think that we’re super smart, and we make all our decisions based on very rational, you know, pros and cons.

Paula:  But I think when it comes down to it, actually, we are emotional beings.

Paula:  So we definitely do things often on an irrational basis.

Paula:  And I’m definitely guilty of that.

Paula:  So we’ll make sure, of course, for anybody who wants to look up that book, we’ll definitely make sure to link to that in the show notes.

Paula:  So just want to reassure everybody that, again, actually, the key is these books that we’re going to talk about will always be nonfiction.

Paula:  So there’s so much beautiful fiction out there.

Paula:  But yeah, this show is about, I suppose, being our best selves in our loyalty roles.

Paula:  So so, yeah, just wanted to mention that.

Paula:  So then let me answer the question, Pooja.

Paula:  I have it here with me, actually.

Paula:  I hope I can make it appear nicely on screen.

Paula:  So can you see it?

Pooja:  Yes.

Paula:  Amazing.

Paula:  Great.

Pooja:  So we can just put it a little up.

Pooja:  So I mean, the author’s name, maybe it’s under maybe a little far off.

Pooja:  Yes.

Pooja:  OK.

Pooja:  Yeah, we can see it.

Pooja:  Yes.

Paula:  There we go.

Paula:  Great.

Paula:  So I suppose for anyone listening to the podcast, you won’t have you won’t have seen what I just put up for our video audience.

Paula:  But the book title is, I suppose, somewhat controversial and very fun.

Paula:  And I definitely wanted to pick something that was maybe a little bit surprising, a little bit unexpected.

Paula:  So the book is The Four Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss.

Paula:  And honestly, Pooja, I can tell you, this book totally blew my mind when I first read it.

Paula:  And I’m going to say now I should have thought back to when I first got it.

Paula:  It was probably around 2010, so about 14 years ago.

Paula:  It is a New York Times bestseller.

Paula:  And I just happened to rebuy it recently.

Paula:  And just I suppose to challenge my own thinking in terms of, you know, we’re a small business.

Paula:  How are we doing things?

Paula:  How am I living my working life?

Paula:  And Tim Ferriss just has these amazing ideas around something I’ve never done.

Paula:  So I definitely, it’s on my to-do list.

Paula:  So for example, he talks about like mini retirements.

Paula:  So rather than saying, okay, I’m going to work till I’m 65, and then I’m going to fall in a collapsed heap somewhere and then be bored perhaps.

Paula:  The idea instead is, can you break up your working life and take time out from time to time?

Paula:  And I’m sure you know, like I’ve been working probably like you since I was, let’s say at least 18 years old, like full time.

Paula:  And again, like lots of people listening, very ambitious, very, I feel like I work very hard.

Paula:  I’ve never had a year out.

Paula:  I’ve never had a month out.

Paula:  So this idea that you could build a business and only work four hours in a week just blows my mind.

Paula:  So there you go.

Paula:  Controversial but fun.

Pooja:  Yeah, really.

Pooja:  I’m really wanting you to try it considering you’re a workaholic.

Paula:  Thank you for that, Pooja.

Paula:  Absolutely.

Paula:  Very well said.

Paula:  Yes.

Paula:  Okay.

Paula:  Well, watch this space for sure.

Paula:  So that’s our first question.

Paula:  So I guess that’s also key for everybody who’s listening or watching to know for 2025.

Paula:  As we said, we’re going to be talking about books, non-fiction, and hopefully continuing with this idea about education and inspiration, which are the core values of the show, but in a very different way than we’ve ever done before.

Paula:  So with that announcement, I think the most important thing now, Pooja, is to look back a little bit.

Paula:  As we said, it’s been a very busy 2024, and you’ve been working extremely hard as well.

Paula:  Like John, also in our team, our trusty editor, who’s going to be working on this episode, of course, for us.

Paula:  So we are a small team.

Paula:  I feel like we punch above our weight.

Paula:  So when you think about, whether it’s Let’s Talk Loyalty or Loyalty TV, what would you say, Pooja, are the highlights for you from 2024?

Pooja:  So yeah, it’s always nice to reflect back, I think.

Pooja:  I just genuinely, I always have liked just reflecting back, be it personal or professional, it’s something I really enjoy.

Pooja:  And also I feel like sometimes we forget about the accomplishments or the many milestones that we do that we only are looking at problems.

Pooja:  So I think it’s very important to also sort of appreciate the good things that, milestones that we achieve.

Pooja:  So I think I’ll have to begin by saying, just watching Loyalty TV steadily growing is definitely something that I am really proud of, because we had experimented with audio.

Pooja:  We were sure, we know how it’s going.

Pooja:  But this was like a completely new place for us.

Pooja:  And then we just started off and that platform itself has gained momentum.

Pooja:  So I think it’s something that I’m truly proud of.

Pooja:  And also, we did our first Loyalty Live session at Leaders in Loyalty Summit at Cape Town, that was organized by Amanda and her truth team.

Pooja:  And it was such a great moment for us because we have never done these things.

Pooja:  And there was anxiety at its peak, but the joy of just watching you doing a panel that was live and that also audience all around the world that could watch and people who subscribe to our channel and generously watched it.

Pooja:  So I think that was definitely a proud moment for us.

Pooja:  And I just genuinely feel like I’m excited to actually watch it grow.

Pooja:  So that’s my first highlight for sure.

Pooja:  The second would be like we always talk about to our guests or community or clients, our core foundation or the theme of the show has always been education, inspiration, and innovation, and just keeping innovation at its heart.

Pooja:  We introduced a monthly episode in Spanish.

Pooja:  And that was, again, something very new and just helped us to sort of connect with a wider loyalty community for us.

Pooja:  And so we are super proud of it.

Pooja:  And I’m sure Paula would like to add to it as well, you know, just coming up with that idea.

Pooja:  We decided to sort of like just enter into that market that’s growing, you know?

Paula:  Totally.

Paula:  And I definitely won’t take the credit for that idea, Pooja.

Paula:  So our wonderful Spanish host, Alejandro González Sol, he pitched the idea to me when he heard us having all of these incredible hosts around the world.

Paula:  And I guess because Latin America is such a fascinating loyalty market, he literally said, could I create a show in Spanish for your audience?

Paula:  So I just thought it was incredibly innovative, as you’ve said.

Paula:  So yes, we’re watching that go from strength to strength.

Paula:  And then also to pick up on the fact, as you said, Pooja, we did our loyalty TV live.

Paula:  It was an experiment.

Paula:  It was terrifying.

Paula:  I will definitely admit to that.

Paula:  But it was your idea.

Paula:  So again, just to give credit where credit is due, I think we were sitting around having a normal team meeting and having a lunch.

Paula:  And you said, why don’t we try doing a live broadcast from Cape Town?

Paula:  And I said, I think Amanda Cromhoudt would love that.

Paula:  So true to everybody, we pulled out all the stops, so we managed to pull it off.

Paula:  And as you said, we had people watching, not only all around the world, which I think is what we’d hoped.

Paula:  And again, a small number.

Paula:  I don’t want to kind of overstate it.

Paula:  But there was even people in South Africa, for example, who had colleagues on the stage with me, and they couldn’t all leave the office to come to the conference, of course, that would be impractical.

Paula:  So we definitely had people, I know, broadcasting or showing that episode live on a big screen.

Paula:  And it was fantastic for us to know that they took that time out, sat in a meeting room together, and managed to at least be present for that one hour of the conference.

Paula:  So as you said, hopefully we do more and more of that in 2025.

Pooja:  Definitely.

Pooja:  And the final one was we also, it was a special year for us because we turned five years old.

Pooja:  And that was again, a special moment for us.

Pooja:  But we also hosted a small little birthday party for ourselves.

Pooja:  And we had our friends from the loyalty community based in Dubai out there for us and supporting and cheering us.

Pooja:  So it was really special and just wonderful to see everybody sort of interact with each other and have a great time.

Pooja:  So I think it’s a memory that’s just going to be there for us through the years.

Pooja:  And hopefully down the line, we will have everybody, all our friends around the world again, from the loyalty community together under one roof, hopefully.

Paula:  Yeah.

Paula:  Yeah.

Paula:  And actually I want to pick up on that word that you used.

Paula:  So we called it friends of Let’s Talk Loyalty.

Paula:  And that definitely was how it felt.

Paula:  So there was no agenda.

Paula:  There was nothing formal.

Paula:  I of course said a few words just to kind of reflect back a little bit, of course.

Paula:  But yeah, it felt like people really wanted to be together.

Paula:  And there’s probably an opportunity, as you said, to do that a lot more, not only in Dubai, but if I’m lucky enough to get to, whether it’s London or Dublin or wherever I might get to next year, or indeed you might as well, we might be able to do events like that on a fairly informal basis.

Paula:  Because yeah, it feels like we broadcast, literally, what is it, three days a week at the moment.

Paula:  And we don’t get as much opportunity to listen or just chat and have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee, whatever people prefer.

Paula:  So yeah, let’s hope we’ve got lots more friends of Let’s Talk Loyalty events in 2025.

Pooja:  Yes, absolutely.

Pooja:  So what have been your highlights, Paula?

Pooja:  I’m sure even you would want to reflect back, considering we have published about 600 plus episodes right now, and that five-year journey of yours.

Pooja:  So what would you be your highlights and just certain things that you have reflected upon?

Paula:  Yeah, you know, there’s actually loads, Pooja.

Paula:  And I would say it just feels like, you know, we are grown up now.

Paula:  So, you know, the five-year milestone was monumental for me.

Paula:  But it was, I suppose, just to see all of the various pieces of the puzzle kind of coming together.

Paula:  So like, I’m really proud.

Paula:  Like, we’ve got these guest hosts, you know, whether it’s Australia, South Africa, UK, USA, or, as we said, Mexico.

Paula:  We have an incredible panel of guest hosts.

Paula:  And they’re, I suppose, sharing their perspective.

Paula:  So it’s not just the Paula show anymore.

Paula:  I do feel that it was getting a little bit, for me, if I’m honest, a little bit repetitive, because I only have so much in terms of my frame of reference.

Paula:  And yes, our guests change all of the time.

Paula:  But I wanted to hear what did these incredible loyalty professionals think?

Paula:  And feel and see as the key trends.

Paula:  So yeah, I feel that that gives me as well, maybe a chance to do different things with the business.

Paula:  And so I’m sure we’ll talk about that a little bit as well.

Paula:  But yeah, I feel like it’s grown up.

Paula:  It’s become its own brand.

Paula:  So, you know, actually, I will mention Scott Galloway.

Paula:  I put a post recently about insights on how podcasting affects the audience or people who listen to podcasters.

Paula:  And this is something that I’ve seen, and I think you’ve experienced it, Pooja, as well.

Paula:  But when I meet people who listen to our podcast, they behave as if I’m almost a friend they haven’t seen in a while.

Paula:  There’s a sense of connection already there.

Paula:  So the fact that we’re able to do that with all of these hosts around the world, it’s just extraordinary to me.

Paula:  And as I said, yeah, it gives me an opportunity to go and think a little bit bigger for the business.

Pooja:  Yes, I don’t know if I think I’ve mentioned it to you as well.

Pooja:  One of my friend, he joined very new to the Loyalty space.

Pooja:  And then he was, he didn’t know I was working with you, but he used to listen to the podcast and he said all the knowledge or all the sort of training that he got is from our podcast.

Pooja:  And then he was just surprised that suddenly he saw a post with me and you together.

Pooja:  And he was like, okay, I didn’t know you were working for Paula Thomas.

Pooja:  So I was like, that’s amazing.

Pooja:  Just those small things.

Pooja:  I see him almost like, I used to see him once in a while, but it was amazing just to listen to him and when he told me that I used to listen to the podcast just to sort of gain a knowledge.

Pooja:  So it’s interesting how it reaches people and it gives us that proud feeling.

Paula:  You’re right.

Paula:  And he’s not the only one, Pooja.

Paula:  And I guess we wouldn’t be still doing this if we weren’t having a real impact on people.

Paula:  And what I have, I suppose, noticed from what people say to us is, it’s very often people listening to the show who are extremely senior, either in marketing or even at the C-suite.

Paula:  I spoke to a CEO recently at the Australian Loyalty Association and a huge publicly listed company, never done loyalty before.

Paula:  And the CEO is listening to our podcast, sharing it with his team, because we do have that kind of niche knowledge.

Paula:  And again, there’s nothing like conversation, I think, to pick up anecdotes.

Paula:  And it’s super fun, of course, for us then to have these amazing conversations.

Paula:  And it’s amazing what you learn when people are talking through, I suppose, what they’re doing with their loyalty programs and why.

Pooja:  Yeah, exactly.

Pooja:  So what’s 2025?

Pooja:  What do we have in store?

Pooja:  What are some of the changes that’s happening?

Pooja:  I’m sure the audience would like to hear from us.

Paula:  Indeed, they would, Pooja.

Paula:  So I suppose the first thing is a fairly big announcement about, I suppose, I’m going to, you know, frame it as a little bit of simplification of what we do, and just pulling back a little bit on the frequency of publishing.

Paula:  So most people will know that currently, as we are now in 2024, we’ve been releasing every Tuesday, every Wednesday, and every Thursday.

Paula:  So we are exhausted, and it is relentless, I would say.

Paula:  But apart from us and our internal juggling of that much content, the feedback that we got once we asked the question, and I guess that’s the big thing, we actually did a survey and we asked people, in an ideal world, given how much attention or listening capacity people have, what would their preferred frequency be in terms of our release schedule, without feeling overwhelmed?

Paula:  Because for me, that’s definitely what happens.

Paula:  And 90% of people who respond to that survey, as you know, Pooja said they would either prefer we release just one episode a week, or at most two episodes per week.

Paula:  So we made that decision pretty much immediately then.

Paula:  90% of people cannot be wrong.

Paula:  And there are so many other ways we can add value to the loyalty community.

Paula:  So twice a week is going to be the release schedule throughout 2025.

Paula:  We’re going to keep it to a Tuesday and a Thursday.

Paula:  And all of these will be in dual format.

Paula:  So it will be audio and video.

Paula:  And yes, again, with our wonderful guest hosts that I mentioned.

Paula:  So twice a week from today.

Pooja:  Yes, exactly.

Pooja:  I mean, it’s just also ensuring that we do quality work.

Pooja:  So I think it’s going to be a fun ride for us.

Pooja:  But again, we’ll always make sure to get great brands on the show.

Pooja:  So that’s a promise from us.

Paula:  Absolutely.

Paula:  Yes, yes.

Paula:  And that’s your job.

Paula:  So I know I tend to chase you relentlessly to make sure that we get what I call, I think, the scroll stoppers.

Paula:  So we know that most of our audience are listening on their phone, perhaps when they’re out exercising or perhaps alternatively, maybe in the car.

Paula:  And so choosing the episode before you start driving is usually driven by things like the brand.

Paula:  And so, yes, we’re very excited.

Paula:  We have some cool brands coming up this year.

Paula:  But again, we always have done so with that.

Paula:  I suppose a continued focus on quality with slightly less quantity.

Pooja:  Yes, exactly.

Paula:  Yes.

Pooja:  And what are the other changes that’s happening?

Paula:  The other thing I suppose that, you know, I’ve been reflecting on is, again, I suppose with my own, you know, five years, you know, 600 episodes, I did start to feel like we were getting to become a little bit of an echo chamber.

Paula:  And I think we were at risk of becoming, sorry, repetitive, not competitive, repetitive.

Paula:  And for me, I felt that a lot of the time, what people would say is, well, ultimately, of course, it’s a C-suite decision.

Paula:  The success of the loyalty program will come from literally the boardroom.

Paula:  So whether it’s the CEO, the CFO, or the CMO, those voices I felt were really, really missing from our conversation.

Paula:  So we have a new intention, and I’m framing it in a, this was a gentler way rather than a promise just yet, because it’s definitely a whole other level of sourcing of guests, particularly for you.

Paula:  But we certainly have lined up a couple of CEOs, again, from notable companies that people would recognize the name of, but bringing their perspective in terms of why do they invest in loyalty?

Paula:  What do they worry about?

Paula:  So not just us as loyalty practitioners, but absolutely the whole C-suite focus.

Paula:  So throughout 2025, what we’ll do is we’ll start tagging episodes, and they will literally say this is a C-suite episode.

Paula:  So anybody who does want to get that, I suppose, more senior perspective will be able to tune in to those episodes.

Pooja:  Absolutely.

Pooja:  And I’m also just giving a shout out, you know, if anybody, any CEO, CMO, CFO is listening to us currently, please do reach out to us.

Pooja:  We would love to have a fresh perspective.

Pooja:  And also just any of our previous guests who can connect us, that would be really great, because I think that those are the voices that also need to be heard as well.

Pooja:  You know, it’s a constant talk, even when a guest comes on the show, you know, they talk about, you know, how the CMO or CFO has supported them through that journey and all of that.

Pooja:  So we would like to know more on it.

Pooja:  So definitely.

Paula:  Totally.

Paula:  And I think we’ve, you know, obviously already talked about our guest hosts as critical to the success of the show.

Paula:  But you’re absolutely right, Pooja, we simply wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for the guests.

Paula:  So a big shout out to every single person who has generously shared their words of wisdom, worked with us through, you know, various different time zones, met with us for briefing calls.

Paula:  And there is quite a lot of work, obviously, behind the scenes in terms of producing, again, both the quantity and quality of work that we do.

Paula:  So anyone who has been on the show as a guest, honestly, we can’t thank you enough.

Paula:  You’re just incredible.

Pooja:  Absolutely.

Pooja:  Yes, they have been always like a huge support for us.

Pooja:  And it’s always wonderful to meet new faces and even people who come back to our show, not just twice, thrice, you know.

Pooja:  So it’s amazing to, again, but always they have something new and something valuable to mention and say.

Pooja:  So, yeah, so that’s amazing.

Paula:  Yes.

Paula:  So one final one then, just before we wrap up, Pooja, is we have a new member joining our team and it will be next week.

Paula:  So from the data release.

Paula:  So I won’t announce too much about that.

Paula:  But when I think about the growth of the company and again, freeing me up to be inspired to create new products, to have that time and space beyond being a host and beyond the production side of the business, I really want to go and see what else we can do in terms of adding value to the community.

Paula:  And as I alluded to, we do so much broadcasting and I feel like we haven’t done nearly enough listening.

Paula:  So there will be lots of people getting requests from me just to come and have a chat, to tell us how they feel.

Paula:  Again, we’ll be sending out surveys now, I’d say in a quarterly basis going forward, just so that again, we can really capture the zeitgeist, understand the pain points that everybody listening really needs to get solved so that we can find solutions, create solutions, and continue to be of service to the industry.

Pooja:  Absolutely.

Pooja:  Exactly what Paula said.

Pooja:  We always want to listen.

Pooja:  Any feedback, please do reach out to us through LinkedIn or through email.

Pooja:  We are more than happy to listen to you and sort of apply.

Pooja:  You know, whatever we can as much to our business and to our podcast in general.

Pooja:  So anything is welcome.

Paula:  Indeed, absolutely.

Paula:  And any closing words of wisdom, Pooja?

Paula:  Anything particularly that you’re looking forward to for 2025?

Paula:  As I said, it feels like a little bit, hopefully less chaotic now that we’ve reduced the show frequency to our Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Paula:  So what would you say you’re looking forward to the most?

Pooja:  I think it’s just, for me, it’s about consistently bringing great brands on the show and just learning.

Pooja:  Even for me, it’s a learning process.

Pooja:  So just to keep learning, just to ensure, again, I want to mention our LinkedIn page, whoever our followers are.

Pooja:  I can’t specifically come and say thank you to each of you, but thank you for supporting us.

Pooja:  We have seen a massive growth on that page.

Pooja:  So I really like creating content there, John and I totally enjoy creating our content.

Pooja:  So hopefully, there will be something new to look forward to, and we’ll keep you engaged, and we want to just keep our community growing.

Pooja:  That’s something that I’m looking forward to in 2025.

Pooja:  Maybe meeting more people in person.

Pooja:  I think that’s something that I really enjoy from our community itself, because it’s very different when you see them online and in person.

Pooja:  I think huge thank you to you, Paula, and Amanda and Truth Team this year.

Pooja:  I mean, last year, 2024, I got to go to Cape Town and be a part of a conference, and it was so amazing, just the energy and just the knowledge, and everybody just sharing whatever they had.

Pooja:  So I think that was amazing.

Pooja:  That was definitely again, a great highlight.

Pooja:  So thank you, Paula, for that opportunity, and to Amanda and her Truth Team.

Pooja:  So yeah, I think it’s about for 2025, I think consistently getting big brands, great content is something that I would love to explore and just try and test.

Pooja:  And yeah, just meet people from our loyalty community and listen to them and see what maybe we lack, or maybe we can apply and maybe improve on.

Paula:  Yeah, absolutely.

Paula:  And I suppose it’d be remiss if I didn’t also thank all our sponsors.

Paula:  So everybody knows we literally wouldn’t be in business without them, and I can’t mention absolutely everyone.

Paula:  But I do want to give a shout out to Capillary Technologies, to Comark, to Collinson Group, to Marigold, to MasterCard.

Paula:  There’s so many brands along with you guys who really do support us.

Paula:  But I think you guys have been the biggest sponsors, the longest sponsors and the most loyal for our business.

Paula:  So really want to say a heartfelt thank you to you guys for everything you do around the world and again, watching us grow and supporting us grow and again, even sharing our content with your own audiences.

Paula:  So with that said, I feel like yeah, we’ve probably covered everything Pooja.

Paula:  Are you happy?

Paula:  Is there anything else you wanted to say before we wrap up?

Pooja:  I think everything we have covered, I think we just didn’t wish our audience a happy New Year.

Pooja:  You know, we completely forgot in the beginning.

Pooja:  So hopefully wishing, I think I just want to say whoever is listening and watching to us, a very happy New Year.

Pooja:  I hope 2025 is promising for you all.

Pooja:  And just keep listening and watching to Let’s Talk Loyalty and Loyalty TV.

Paula:  Indeed.

Paula:  And from my side, I want to thank our editor, John Kirby Villanueva, and also to you Pooja Venugopal for doing both of you exceptional work and keeping me sane throughout all of the crazy, I suppose, world of almost startup or small business being an entrepreneurial type of business.

Paula:  So thank you for continuing to grow and evolve with me.

Paula:  So with all of that said from me, my nickname now being the Oprah of Loyalty, I wanted to drop that in as a final and amusing anecdote, I suppose, that has been coming up a lot in 2024.

Paula:  So yes, as you said, Pooja, happy 2025 to our whole community, our audience, our sponsors, our team, our guests, to everyone.

Paula:  Can’t wait to share more.
