The Asia Pacific Loyalty Awards Recognising Outstanding Achievement in Customer Loyalty – Announces Finalists for 2024

The Asia Pacific Loyalty Awards, a prestigious celebration honouring exemplary practices in customer engagement and loyalty across the region, is thrilled to announce the finalists for its upcoming black-tie Gala Event, proudly held by the Australian Loyalty Association. The awards have been split into 16 key categories, and the overwhelming number of submissions have been judged by a panel of loyalty experts from across the Asia Pacific region.

Finalists have been selected for their excellence in loyalty-related initiatives, demonstrating exceptional creativity, innovation, and effectiveness in engaging customers across diverse sectors. The categories encompass a wide spectrum of loyalty-focused areas, ranging from Best Overall Loyalty Program, Best Use of Digital Technology, Best Social (CSR) Initiative, Best Customer Experience, and Best Loyalty Program Launch or Re-Launch, to name a few.

Following an extensive selection process, we proudly recognise the organisations that have emerged as finalists in their respective Award Categories. Among them are industry leaders such as Qantas, Flybuys, Myer, Dan Murphy’s, Woolworths, NAB, Supercheap Auto, Nando’s, Bakers Delight, Accor, Westpac, HCF, Medibank, Vitality Works, 7-Eleven, Mecca, HSBC, Genesis Energy, Samsung and Cathay Pacific.
