Hello, and welcome to my first ever episode of Let’s Talk Loyalty on a Wednesday. Now, as many of you know, Let’s Talk Loyalty started in August 2019 with one show a week. It’s an interview format that we record and release every Thursday. I’m really proud that we’ve managed to release that show consistently every single Thursday, even now through major global holidays like Christmas. Now, most of those episodes are about an hour long. So one piece of feedback I was getting was that some listeners said they’d prefer a shorter show with that in mind.

I then decided last year in early 2021 to release a new weekly episode every Tuesday summarizing the key points I had learned from a previous guest. And now that short show definitely has its own loyal following as well. Now, with both of those shows thriving, we’ve been given some wonderful opportunities to partner with a number of other loyalty industry leaders alongside our already successful partnership with the wise market here and the loyalty academy. So from today, we’ll be releasing a new episode every Wednesday.
